Returns and refunds

At Goldcean Jewelry, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return and refund within 7 days of placing your order, by using the form below.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
– The request must be made within 7 days of the order date.
– The jewelry must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
– The refund request form below must be completed, including a photo upload of the item.
Once your request is approved, you will receive the return address by email.

Please note:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email. If the return is approved:
– A full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
– Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
– If your return does not meet the conditions outlined above, we reserve the right to deny the refund.
